Refund & Cancellation Policy

CodeWithUV follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a payment.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only if the service work has not been initiated.
• Once development, design, or consulting work has started, refunds are not applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email before the commencement of service work. Requests made after work initiation will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Customized services, development work, consulting hours, and completed milestones are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
